I am finaly able to wear contact lenses! Sep 01, 2010
After trying many multipurpose cleaning solutions such as Relenish, Aquify, and B&L. I have found that Clear Care is the only solution that makes wearing my contacts not only possible but pleasant. After cleaning them in this solution, it actually feels like I am not wearing any contacts. When I was using other cleaning solutions my contacts/eyes always felt dry and uncomfortable; Every time I blinked I could feel like something was in my eye and this irritated them. Now that I am using Clear Care, it feels like I am not wearing anything at all! I love this stuff! I do have to purchase a separate sterile saline solution to rinse and moisten them when I take them out, but this is a minor inconvenience considering I am able to wear my contacts comfortably everyday. Without Clear Care, I would not be able to wear contacts.

Been using a long time...had a major problem Sep 01, 2010
We have been using this product for quite a few months. This morning my son put his contact in and it stung so bad he couldn't stand it. I myself put it in the cleaning solution last night. It was there over 12 hours, and to have it sting so bad after that long of a period is a major defect. I know you don't put it directly in your eye, but that is not what we did. We pulled it from the cleaning solution. I am so disgusted with the product. We have had no problems until now, but that is a major problem!

Note: I have read many reviews where people put the solution directly in their eye. There is a red top to remind you not to do that. In this case, the contacts had been sitting in the solution overnight for almost 12 hours, it should not have stung.

Best Contact Solution I've Used Aug 25, 2010
I've been a wearer of contact lenses for about 7 years. Over the past few years, though, I've mainly stuck with my regular glasses. The reason being is that my eyes tended to dry out quickly, even with contacts that were made to be moist and oxygenated. I'm staring at computer monitors for many hours during the day and only changed into contacts when I'm out for my runs. At the recommendation of my roommate, who is using this solution, I tried new contacts and used this new contact solution. Since then, I've once again started to consistently wear my contacts more often. The solution keeps my contacts hydrated and comfortable. For an active marathoner who spends a lot of time outdoors in the wind and through dusty areas, the solution has kept my contacts working great. Working in front of the computer, this new solution has been working just as well.

If your eyes are burning when you use this, then you may need to reread the instructions.

Do yourself a favor and just don't buy this. In case you haven't noticed, it does have special instructions and if you don't follow them properly, you will burn the hell out of your eye. And it does hurt like hell. And for those of you that say, "oh well, why don't you just be careful and follow directions properly"-- look. We're not all saints, nor are we perfect. But this product has HYDROGEN PEROXIDE. You know, the stuff that bleaches and disinfects? WHY on earth would you put even 3% solution in a product having to do with something you put in your eyes? Just don't do it. I thought I would be the careful one, well, let me tell you. It only took one minor slip up for me to end up looking like I got punched in the eye. Just stay with the regular solution that stay in the flat cases and that don't have any possibilities of burning your eye.

don't buy this product if you aren't going to bother to read and follow the instructions!!! the instructions aren't that hard to follow.
i've only ever been able to wear rgp lenses because of my astigmatism. clear care is the best stuff i've ever used! i am not going back to boston and those other cleaners they have out there. i started using clear care 2 weeks ago and my lenses have never been cleaner. i have had no problems with anything at all. if you had problems with this product well, you should have followed all instructions.
